A dashboard you can check, a planning tool you return to, a reference page that makes a process easier. See how Claude builds these from a plain-language request, and how to refine them around your actual work.

Give it all a foundation
What belongs in your business brain, how to organize a simple starting version, and how to make that context available where you're working, so you build on previous work with less digging and re-explaining.

See how the pieces work together.
Imagine sitting down to plan your next week. You open your workspace. Claude can refer to the priorities and business information you've kept current. You talk through what needs attention, ask it to help prepare the work, and turn something you'll use repeatedly into a simple tool or scheduled task.

You might be using Claude regularly and still feel scattered. Or you might be newer to Claude and want to understand the pieces before building habits around it.
You don't need to know how to code. You do need to be willing to work with your own business information, try the setup, and review what Claude produces.

What do I need?
To have an effective OS inside Claude, you'll need the Pro account ($20/mo) and the Desktop App.
I mostly use ChatGPT. Can I still attend?
Yes, the business brain can be used with either platform, but Claude does have capabilities ChatGPT does not, and a different user interface.
Will my whole business be automated afterward?
You'll learn the foundation and how to start using these capabilities together. Expanding the system takes practice, testing, and keeping your business information current.
Can I get help after the workshop?
Yes. At the end, I'll introduce Futureproof - The Evolution Lab, my monthly membership community for people who want help continuing the work. It includes the Living Workspace implementation course, AI workflow and team-building training, reusable AI resources, weekly live Q&A, and community support. Joining is optional — you can use what you learn in the workshop independently.
